After taking a break from photography to repair my mental health from my divorce, I figured what better month to return than Mental Health Awareness Month! I noticed my performance was slipping and it didn't take much to overwhelm me, so I stepped back to focus on how I respond to things instead of emotionally reacting. Everyday is still a process, but I'm much better equipped to handle the stress of running a business again, and I can't wait to build some healthy relationships. See you soon!
